All applications are submitted online. The online application process is simple and easy. If you do not have a computer please call us for assistance.
The application approval process usually takes 2-3 business days depending on the information in your application. You will be notified directly if you are approved. Please make sure that all information on the application is completed IN FULL. If there is a section or line that does not apply to you, please indicate by printing "N/A".
In addition to your application you will be required to provide the following items for each applicant:
A $35 application fee per adult applicant 18 years & older.
Copy of a valid driver's license or state issued ID card.
Copy of Social Security Card
Proof of income--2 to 3 recent pay stubs, S.S.I./Disability or bank statements are acceptable.
Once You Are Approved
If you are approved you will be required to place a "hold deposit" within 48 hours of approval. If the hold deposit is not received the unit will be offered to the next approved applicant.
NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR MOVE-IN OR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Credit, employment and previous residency verifications will be made and used to base credit worthiness of applicant. All applicants are treated in a consistent manner. All restrictions, rules and criteria are applied consistently to all residents. We follow all Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
You must first choose a property in order to submit an application online. You must also pay the application fee. If not, the application will NOT be submitted.
